As someone who knows us, it will come as no surprise that we were brought together over art and soccer. Arsenal was our team. We had known each other since 1994 (when Yvette and Archie got together); as most of you know, the  Pari-Jusseaume-Carty-Agan connection dates back to 1978!

We chose September 19 for a variety of reasons. We hope most of you outside New England  will find it an easy time of year to visit Boston. It is a beautiful season, as is the Back Bay, where the Goethe-Institut is located.

We have planned for a fun, simple, wedding in a casual but elegant setting. Our ceremony will be relatively brief, and we hope to have time to spend the afternoon and evening chatting with all of you. We also look forward to the laughter and excitement of a number of children and young adults we have invited. Highlights of our event include jazz and a sweet and savory crepe meal. If we are lucky, you will be able to take your crepes and drinks up to the Goethe’s lovely terrace overlooking the Charles River…
